There are a lot of misconceptions about meditation. All the confusing instructions around meditation make the experience difficult and unenjoyable.

When I first started practicing, I felt so unsure about whether I was meditating correctly. I knew it was important but it felt like a chore, so I kept pushing it aside.

After taking numerous meditation courses, and finally making it a daily practice, I began to actually understand the process of meditation. Now, it feels so good to sit, that it is actually my favorite time of the day.

 FAQs

Q: What times will the sessions occur?

A: The first session will occur Sunday July 18th at 1:30pm Pacific Time! Do not miss this session because this is where you will learn your unique Heartspace Meditation steps!

The daily group meditations will occur every morning M-F at 6:30am.

The final session will occur Saturday, July 24th at 1:30pm Pacific time.

Q: Will the sessions be recorded?

A: Unfortunately, no, they will NOT be recorded. So please do not miss the first lesson. If you forget the steps, they will be available in your workbook.

Q: Are the daily group meditations mandatory?

A: No they are not! However, this is a challenge to start your new daily meditative practice. Therefore, I recommend that you meditate at the same time every day, even if it is not the same time as the group meditation.
