Weekly Breathwork Class
Every Wednesday, 4:30-5:30pm Pacific Time
If you are ready to profoundly transform your energy using simply your self and your breath, this is the perfect class for you! All energy in this universe is available for you, if you just know how to tap into it and cultivate it. We will move through different themes each week so that you can discover a whole new YOU! (Offered online and in person)

Weekly Moon Weave
Every Wednesday, 5:30-6:30pm Pacific Time ($15)
This fun, relaxed new session is meant for you to practice using your intuition and to help you get some much needed answers! You will bring a question or struggle to the group and the group will use their intuitive skills to get you some answers.
This is meant to be a lighthearted community event on zoom. You don't need to know how to do it, I can give you a quick learning session if you haven't tried before!
The intention is for you to grow your own intuition and to feel supported by community in what can feel like lonely times.
