Are you ready to feel super powerful?
Activate your innate healing ability in this workshop, where you will learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others. We will explore the history and principles of Reiki, techniques for self treatment, learn about chakras and how they relate to healing, and practice giving others Reiki.
You will receive a Reiju (Reiki attunement) to the first Reiki power symbol, which allows you to enhance relaxation, sleep, vitality, and deep inner healing. Once you receive this Reiju, you will have Reiki Level 1 for life! Self-healing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

Usui Reiki Level II (Coming Soon)
Refine your Reiki practice in this course, where you will receive Reiju (Reiki attunements) for 2 additional Reiki Symbols. The additional symbols deepen mental harmony/emotional healing and allow for distance healing.
In this class, you will learn tips for enhancing your intuitive abilities, how to use crystals to deepen Reiki treatment, and strengthen your ability to treat other by connecting with Reiki energy. You will learn how to send Reiki remotely to someone anywhere in the world. This course is excellent for healing emotional trauma, relieving anxiety and destructive patterns.

The Reiki Experience
There are 2 ways of experiencing Reiki: By receiving an in person treatment from a Reiki practitioner, or through a distant Reiki healing.
During in person treatments, you will lie on my outdoor deck in comfortable clothing as I gently place my hands non-intrusively on or over your chakras (main energetic hubs). There is no pressure, massage or manipulation.
During online treatments, we will connect over zoom. You will relax as I give you a distant Reiki healing. I’ve found distant Reiki healings to be just as powerful and sometimes more so than in person!
Reiki is “holistic” because it affects the whole person – body, mind and spirit – encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. You may feel like you’ve gotten the best rest you’ve had in a long long time. Some people may experience pleasant colors or release long suppressed emotions or feel energetic shifts.
During your session, I will pick up feedback on areas where your energy is imbalanced and the reasons for the imbalance. After your session, I will share feedback with you (if you like) and my recommendations for healing. It will be a powerful experience for you.
