I created Mamaste to provide you with the emotional healing and physical rejuvenation that you’ve likely been neglecting. The exercises are simple and targeted toward specific muscles that degrade during pregnancy, labor, and mothering. I provide you with simple tricks to regain energy from within and to THRIVE. Don't worry if you've been a mom for a while now, it's never too late to start!
Physical Benefits
After pregnancy and labor, I was immediately shocked my the changes to my body. I wanted to fit back into my pants and find my abs, but I also didn't have much time or leftover energy! That's why I came up with this series of gentle, straightforward, and efficient techniques for regaining lost physical functionality (because let's be real, once you have a baby, there will be some permanent changes!)
Emotional Benefits
Unlike the physical changes, the impacts of motherhood to your emotional and mental well-being don't show up quite as quickly (a year and a half for me). You might find yourself with a chronic lack in energy, a general feeling of being sickly, congested, closed off, more negative than usual, heavy, constipated, slow to digest, unmotivated, etc.

This course includes 16 sessions, 30-45 min each, but can be split into 32 classes (~15-20 min each) if your mommy schedule is just too busy!
