Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a simple way to reintegrate your body and mind. It is a gentle approach for discovering the best techniques for you to ease and eliminate pain. 

 

Full Body Assessment & Personalized Planning

Your Yoga Therapy session includes a full body assessment for areas of weakness, tension, tightness. We will discuss your goals and create a personalized plan to bring you closer to living your ideal life. 


Effective Treatments

Treatment may include various movements, stretches, strengthening exercises, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. 


Freedom from Pain

My main goal is to provide you with simple solutions for physical issues that you thought were impossible to fix. I have had great success in helping people recover from back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, and hip pain. 

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a healing process meant to rejuvenate and re-balance the energies of the bodies. It is a safe, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique for physical ailments, but it is much more than a physical therapy.




 

Natural and Holistic Healing

Reiki is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit - and it can also be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth. 

As a natural form of healing Reiki can support and enhance other forms of treatment, including conventional medical treatments as well as alternative or complementary therapies. 


The Reiki Experience

The most common way of experiencing Reiki for most people is by receiving a Reiki treatment from a Reiki practitioner, where the recipient remains fully clothed and lies on a therapy couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. 

The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively on or near the body, in a sequence of positions. There is no pressure, massage or manipulation and the whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms - Reiki is “holistic” because it affects the whole person – body, mind and spirit – encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of well-being, and assisting the physical body’s own healing ability to operate more effectively and efficiently.  

Meditation Training

Meditation is an ancient practice gaining popularity in the western world because of the various benefits it brings, some being enhanced tranquility, better sleep, increased ability to focus, and relaxation of the mind. 

 

A Personalized Approach

There are several different techniques for learning meditation, from transcendental meditation, to concentration meditation, to guided meditation (and much more). Every person will respond differently to the different techniques, there is no one meditation fits all technique.

Your private training will be tailored to your goals and your personality. My intention is to provide you with a toolbox of techniques for enjoyably meditating on your own.
