I remember when my back was injured for over a year, I would cry almost daily, wondering if it would EVER end, especially after spending thousands of dollars on various doctor visits (that didn’t seem to go anywhere).
Fast forward to the present day, and I’m doing fairly advanced yoga backbends without a twinge of pain in my back! No surgery, no crazy exercises.
Actually the solution was very simple (a few targeted exercises and stretches along with restorative yoga poses) and didn’t come from any fancy doctor or therapist. This has happened with each of my injuries, from my hamstring, to my collarbone, to my hips.
