I went through a period where my hair was falling out, I was barely sleeping 4 hours, and I was experiencing constant heart palpitations. At the young age of 30, I thought I might not have too many years left.

Stress affects nearly every system in our bodies and if we don’t figure out ways to regularly relieve stress, our bodily functions inevitably start to deteriorate.

Only after changing my diet and dedicating time every day to effective stress relieving techniques, did my mind calm down and my body clear up.
