Becoming a mother was the loneliest and scariest experience I’ve ever been through.

I didn’t expect sleep deprivation to completely overwhelm and take over my senses, for all my human flaws to blow up in my face, to feel so completely lost, confused, emotional, and desperate for love and nurturing.

This was AFTER I had already cultivated an extremely strong yoga and meditation practice.

I even questioned whether I should continue teaching yoga (my all time favorite activity).

Despite it all, I continued to give and sacrifice and compensate using control. It was the only way for me to survive.

It took getting sick for 6 months to realize that I needed something to change. That’s when my most dramatic mama journey started - the part where I rediscovered my new blended identity, where I got back to loving myself unconditionally, where I started treating myself as a treasure rather than abusing my mind, body, and soul.

As I started letting go, healing, and choosing trust, my illness went away, like magic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to have experience doing yoga?

A: Nope! All the yoga and exercises will be easy enough to follow for beginners and the 15 minute videos are completely optional.

Q: When does the program begin?

A: Thursday April 29th, at 6pm.

Q: What if I can’t make some of the live sessions?

A: No worries at all! All the live sessions with be recorded and easily accessible. I will support you as needed to fill in any gaps or questions.

Q: How long is the program?

A: 8 weeks of beautiful transformation!

Q: What will the weekly 15 min “exercise” videos cover?

A: These “exercise” videos are so special! They are targeted to each of the tough mommy areas, like reshaping diastasis recti (split abs), strengthening weak glutes and side glutes, releasing tight hip flexors/pecs/shoulders, and so much more! They will be combo of strengthening exercises, yoga movements, and stretching to get you back to LOVING your body!
