  • This program is designed to take you step by step through the process of finding joy.

    We are creatures that innately know joy, but often forget it amongst the craziness of life.

  • We will be staying on a gorgeous private island called Toberua Island Resort.

    This resort gets 5 stars on tripadvisor with raves about the scenery, friendly staff, and overall serenity

  • Upon booking, a $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The balance will be due by May 3, 2023.

    The deposit will be refundable before Feb 3. After Feb 3, 2023, you will need to find a replacement to receive a refund.

    Once full payment is made, payment is unfortunately not refundable (I will have made the payment to the resort already). However, if you can find a replacement, your funds can be transferred over.

    I HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance, which can be very affordable, in case of any last minute issues that prevent you from attending.

  • If you are sincere in your desire to join this retreat and a payment plan would help make this dream come true for you, contact me and I will work with you to create a plan.

  • Daily yoga classes and meditation will be appropriate for all skill levels and no experience is required.

    Additionally, all activities are completely optional and based on your comfort level. There is no requirement to participate in any of our retreat activities.

  • Toberua’s bures each have one king sized bed and one twin. If you choose the shared twin or shared king option, you will be sharing a gorgeous bure with one other person.

  • Toberua resort is happy to provide dietary accommodations with prior notice. Please let me know if you have concerns.

  • You will fly into Suva Airport (SUV). From there, Toberua will have a driver pick you up and take you to a boat, where you will take a scenic 20 minute boat ride to the private island of Toberua. Airport pickup and boat transfers are included in your package.

    Please ensure that your flight arrives on Saturday, Aug 5th. From Los Angeles, this means leaving on Thursday late night (Aug 3rd)

  • You will have the opportunity to visit a local village to see traditional Fiji culture, their school, experience a Meke dance, and kava ceremony.

    You will also get to kayak through a stunning mangrove forest and learn about the ecology of Fiji.

    These 2 excursions are included in the package price.

    You are welcome to opt out of either of both of our excursions and enjoy the resort grounds. There are a multitude of other activities you can enjoy as well.

  • Each day will be unique as we move through the Healing into Joy Program and experience our different excursions. You will also have one day to fully choose your cup of joy.

  • You may book your massage upon arrival at the resort. (Don’t forget a 30 minute massage is included with your package!)

    Spa amenities are plentiful and very affordable! Ask me for a menu!

  • Daytime temperatures will be around 82 degrees F. Temperatures cool down at night with the ocean breeze.

    We recommend:

    • 7 days of light, comfy, casual clothes appropriate for the tropical climate & daily activities

    • Comfortable clothes for yoga sessions

    • A light sweater or rain jacket for cooler nighttime temperatures

    • Many bathing suits

    • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, swimsuit cover-up)

    • Hiking shoes if you plan to take the rainforest hike

    • Easy/comfortable shoes or sandals to wear around the property

    • Bug spray or bug repellent wipes (organic bug spray can also be purchased on site)

    • Sunscreen and after-sun care (like aloe vera gel)

    • Other essentials (toiletries, medications, etc):

    A complete packing list will be emailed to all attendees before we depart.
