Hi, I’m Christina and I’ve been teaching spirituality, yoga, and reiki for 10 years.
Over the last decade, I have developed a gentle, loving, and very effective method for transforming people’s lives using Reiki, meditation, breathing, intuition and wisdom exchange.
Here’s the magic trick:
The more you align with your Soul, the more your life aligns with you.
My specialty is seeing a person’s soul, figuring out what parts of them are not aligned with their soul, and lovingly bringing them awareness and back home to Self.

Certification Structure
This Certification will run for 15 weeks (about 3.5 months).
My method of teaching is as follows:
1) Provide you with the fundamental wisdom you need to understand your own energy and correct any ego thinking.
2) Lead you through the corresponding breathwork to experience your soul truth.
3) Breakdown the breathwork/kriya/mantra so you understand how to practice it on your own and share with others
4) Grow your confidence in your own voice and knowledge through practice teaching.
Each week we will meet at least twice.
The first session is the knowledge/wisdom portion (live on zoom).
In the second session, we will practice the corresponding breathwork (in person; can also be made available on zoom).
In addition to the weekly meetings, we will meet once a month, in person, on a weekend for an immersive session where you practice teaching the breathwork to the group. (This can also be done on zoom if necessary).
You will also receive recorded videos where I break down the breathwork practices for you.
In the final meeting, you will bravely co-teach an entire breathwork sequence to a group of people!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will we meet?
A: Right now the plan is to meet twice weekly. The tentative times are on Sunday evenings 5 - 7 pm pacific time for the wisdom session and Thursday (or Wednesday) evenings 4:30-6:30pm for breathwork practice. We will decide the monthly immersive practice days after everyone signs up. If the weekly meeting times do not work for you, please let me know and I can coordinate a different time that works for everyone.
Q: What breathwork style will I be learning?
A: You will be learning traditional Himalayan pranayama (breathwork), kriya (integrated practices), mantras (sacred chants), and mudras (hand positions). All are practices that I learned from Sattva Yoga Academy in India and I am so excited to share them with you.
Q: Is this Certification right for me?
A: This certification is perfect for you if you want to understand all the mysteries of your energetic body, how to use your breath to powerfully transform your energetic state, and if you are ready to feel super empowered and make some changes to your life! It is also perfect for you if you are ready to uplevel your teaching skills and start changing your students lives with breathwork!
Q: I feel like I am still in the process of healing myself, can I still take this certification or should I wait until I am in a better place?
A: The journey toward wholeness is a lifelong process! I personally still have many areas that I continue to work on, otherwise what fun would life be? There is no fun in perfection. This certification is intended for anyone who is interested in self discovery and self empowerment.
Q: Do I need to practice yoga in order to take this certification?
A: No, you do not need any yoga background to take this certification.
Q: I just want to learn breathwork for my own practice. I feel nervous about leading others! Is that okay?
A: Yes, you definitely do not need to lead others if you choose not to. However, I encourage the practice teaching sessions because often, the areas we resist most are our areas of greatest transformation. Who knows, you may discover you love it!
Q: What will this certification qualify me to do?
A: After this program, you will be certified to safely lead people through breathwork sequences (and of course lead yourself through them).
Q: What happens if I miss a meeting?
A: You may make up up to 3 wisdom meetings by watching the recordings and sending me a short summary of how the wisdom applies to your life.
You may miss up to 3 practice meetings. If you miss more than 3 practice meetings, you will have to make them up with me or another student.
