Hi, I’m Christina!
I spent the first 34 years of my life completely confused by my voice. In fact, to be totally honest, I would cringe whenever I heard my voice in a recording.
Growing up, I didn’t get a say in my life. The rule was to do what your parents tell you to do… parents know what’s best for you.
And so… slowly over time, I forgot what my voice was. I lost what I wanted for myself, my sense of direction in life, forgot the myriad of voices that were hiding inside of me and was left with just my meek voice.
It took me years before I found my voice and my confidence again. Now it is my crown jewel and I am lucky enough to use it all the time to guide people on their unique soul journeys!
Your voice is so much more than just a series of sounds or a series of words.
Your voice represents your choices, your expression, your unique connection with the divine, your intention, your wisdom, your fearlessness, and your love.
Your voice is your vehicle for expressing what is in your heart, soul, and mind… for taking the beauty that is within you and sharing it to the world outside of you.

Day 1 - Arrive
Arrive at Corcreggan Mill, relax and catch up on any lost zzz’s. Experience a heart centered opening ceremony with Reiki, intention setting, and mantras to start off your glorious journey.

Day 2 - Root
Stretch out airplane stiffness in a morning yoga session, followed by a soul lesson on your soul voice and why you feel unsafe to speak from your heart.
Enjoy plenty of free time to explore the village or nearby beaches.
Release your fears in a sunset workshop and healing circle

Day 3 - Sprout
Power up with morning yoga, then start exploring your authentic voice, expression, energetic being, and higher self with reflective journaling/drawing/coloring/ movement/singing/partner work (don’t worry, you’ll get to choose).
Hop on a boat in the afternoon to experience some magical islands while Irish musicians serenade you!

Day 4 - Release
Warm up your Soul with gentle breathing and meditation. Continue to discover how you suppress or hide your true soul’s voice in the morning soul lesson.
Enjoy nature, shopping, or live music at a local pub during your free time.
Learn to really love and embrace your unique expression in the sunset workshop and healing session.

Day 5 - Bloom
Enjoy a lazy morning and breakfast.
Head to Ards Forest Park to experience a variety of habitats, from sand dunes, beaches, salt marshes, salt water lakes, rock face, to coniferous and deciduous woodlands. Check out the remains of four ring forts together with a holy well and a mass rock.
Close out the day with a beautiful sunset healing circle to immerse in the energy of unity and harmony, and head to bed with a full heart.

Day 6 - Empower
This is the day to start shining bright! After morning yoga to pump up your courage, you’ll choose the way you want to start using your voice authentically and practice with the group!
You’ll learn how to overcome imposter syndrome and what it means to speak from your heart.
Head to Horn Head Cliffs or relax at the Cocoon Sauna in town or create your own adventure!
Heal and forgive any shame during the sunset workshop and healing circle.

Day 7 - Defy
Start your last full day by challenging your norm. We’ll get messy, bold, wild, and learn how to stop holding back.
Unleash a powerful side of your being that you’ve held in check for far too long.
Integrate all the learnings and deeply connect with your own soul and others in our final closing ceremony.

Yes, definitely!! Children under 4 are free of charge (if the child attends an excursion, there may be an extra charge for that). Children 5-13 years are $1000 in total (includes food and board, excursions).
If you are bringing your child, please book a private room and let me know. You can pay for your child separately.
A babysitter will be available upon request at an extra charge. Older children who have good attention spans may sit in the lessons (Note that lessons can be 2 hours or longer). Smaller children will require a babysitter during sessions. I will be hiring a babysitter for my 7 year old!

Absolutely! If you would like to share a room with your family, the maximum that a room can fit is 4 people.
If you and your family member(s) will be participating in all or most activities, and you plan on sharing a room, the rate is $2300 per person (includes food, board, lessons, and excursions). You may book a private room and let me know.
If you would like separate rooms, then the regular rate applies.

Upon booking a nonrefundable deposit is due.
If for some reason, after making the deposit or full payment, you cannot attend the retreat, of course, I understand. You may receive your deposit back if you can find a replacement. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will not be able to refund you the deposit, as the resort requires nonrefundable payments from me as well.
I HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance, which can be very affordable, in case of any last minute issues that prevent you from attending.
Any payments made on the payment plan are also nonrefundable, unless you are able to find a replacement. However, if you do need to cancel, I will not continue charging you for future payments.
Final payments are also nonrefundable, unless you are able to find a replacement.
If you are having second thoughts or need to change your plans, please let me know as soon as possible.

We are staying at Corcreggan Mill near Dunfanaghy.

The nearest airports to the retreat center/Corcreggan Mill are Donegal Airport (CFN) and Derry City Airport (LDY).
Both airports will require a stop in either Dublin or London.
If you would like to transfer through Dublin, the closest airport is Donegal (40 min drive to retreat)
If you would like to transfer through London, the best airport is Derry City Airport (75 minute drive to retreat).
Once you arrive to the airport, you can hop in the taxi line for a taxi or use the Freenow App or Uber, which will call a licensed taxi for you.

Our chef is Ben from Ballymore House Yoga. He is a plant-based chef who has provided delicious meals to several retreats.
Meals will primarily be plant based. Some sample meal menus are below.
We will also be visiting Dunfanaghy for some lunches and dinners (for those of you who really need some meat).
If you have any special dietary needs, just let me know and I will be sure to accommodate you!

Mediterranean mezze table (Roasted eggplant and red peppers, hummus and tabouleh, warm flatbreads, lentil soup)
Rustic butter bean and kale stew with smoked garlic and fresh herbs with lemon herb couscous

No, You do not need to have any experience with breathwork or meditation prior to the retreat. You will learn everything you need during the retreat!
